Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
5. Complete all documentation using your provided handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
• Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform job duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when needed.
• Work in various weather conditions.
