Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
5. Complete all required documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you to be a Pro.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
• Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
