Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route as a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management plan.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, managing routes and interacting with customers.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
