Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route as a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
- Serve as a problem solver for your customers to determine the most efficient pest solutions.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
- No experience required — training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers
- Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders within weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, etc., including climbing or balancing
- Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators
- Work in various weather conditions
