Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver, choosing the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
5. Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Wear PPE, sometimes requiring OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
