You will follow safety guidelines and PPE, keep accurate service records, coordinate with the office, and ensure high quality service. Base pay is $21.65 per hour, with additional earning opportunities based on sales; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain 3+ years of driving history.
• State‑required pest control training/licensing provided.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $21.65, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.

Physical Demands and Working Requirements

Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.

Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.

Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.

Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.

Moderate noise level in the work environment.
