Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Louisville, KY seeks a Service Technician to deliver pest control treatments and exceptional customer service during scheduled appointments.

You will inspect properties, explain treatments, maintain records, and coordinate with the office. This role requires 1+ year customer service, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of driving history; state training/licensing provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
