Job summary

Pest-X Exterminating is seeking an experienced Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will service a well-established residential route with some commercial clients, communicating clearly and maintaining meticulous records while delivering quality pest control solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of pest control experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Pest Control Technician.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Sales experience or familiarity with construction a plus.
• Comfortable using technology for reporting and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pest Control Technician is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
• Sales experience or familiarity with construction is a plus.
• Comfortable with using technology for reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week, including occasional Saturdays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
