EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during maintenance visits, inspecting for pests and applying treatments with attention to safety and quality. You will build lasting relationships by proactive communication and thorough documentation at each appointment.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and a 3+ year driving history.

• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $19.00-$23.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
