EcoShield Pest Solutions in Oakdale, MN is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled pest-control appointments. You will inspect properties, apply approved treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain equipment and records, and communicate with the office to ensure service quality. This full-time role includes weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with licensing and training provided

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing/training if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and determine treatment needs.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
