Northwest Exterminating in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Universal Service Professional to represent our brand on the road and deliver pest control services to homes and businesses.

You'll receive hands-on training, own your route, and grow with a company recognized as a top employer in the Southeast. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No experience required.
Must be 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
1–2 years pest experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to create long-term loyalty.
Manage the daily service route and complete required tasks.
Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
Monitor termite bait systems and ensure proper operation.
Problem-solve accounts and communicate with customers regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure great customer experience.
Apply pest control products following label and safety guidelines.
Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment and vehicles.

Your responsibilities:

Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.

Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
- Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
- Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
