• Ability to climb ladders and crawl into tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly to homeowners and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by presenting value and protection of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
