Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Ohio to perform full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales with homeowners. You’ll work with a trusted brand, receive award-winning training, and enjoy uncapped earning potential plus a company vehicle and paid training.

Applicants should have sales or related experience, be self-motivated, and able to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days. Medical, 401(k), vacation, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days (employer-paid).
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management preferred.
• Ability to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings and recommend treatment options to homeowners.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups and document activities with an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and maximize opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy and integrity.
