Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals in Tulare, CA to join as Orkin Pros on a service route. No industry experience required; you’ll receive award-winning training and start building your professional pest control career.

You’ll operate a company vehicle, complete daily route tasks, ensure safety, document work, and discuss additional services with customers. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and operation schedules within an assigned territory and ensure timely, safe arrival at each customer location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers, resolving issues with Orkin Pro expertise.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties and perform required pest management actions.
• Document all service activities accurately using the handheld device provided.
