Rollins, Inc. (Orkin) is hiring an Orkin Pro in California. No industry experience is required as award-winning training starts you on a protected service route with daily operations, scheduling and problem-solving alongside customers and businesses.

You’ll receive a company vehicle and gas card, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training to advance in pest management and customer service.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• The Orkin Pro commits to safely and professionally providing the highest level of protection and service to their customers on a designated service route.
• Their career starts with in-depth, award-winning training that prepares them with the skills needed to succeed in the responsibility of daily route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis and treatment planning.
