Orkin LLC is hiring entry‑level Pro technicians to protect homes and businesses with comprehensive pest control services. No industry experience required; extensive Orkin training will equip you to run a service route confidently. You’ll drive a company vehicle, meet customers, and discuss full pest management plans.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (paid by the company).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training and learn to manage the daily operation of a pest control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the territory, ensuring timely arrival.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to decide on pest solutions for customer needs.
• Complete all service-related documentation using the provided hand-held device.
