No pest control experience is required; a valid driver’s license is needed, and a pesticide license can be obtained within 90 days with company support. Growth and competitive pay accompany the mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedules within assigned territory and ensure timely arrival.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss additional services.
