Join a safety- and integrity-driven team, deliver high-quality pest control service, and communicate effectively with customers to explain actions and offer additional services. No prior pest control experience is required, and a company vehicle with a gas card is provided on route assignment.

• Ability to work independently on service routes.
• Must maintain safety and professionalism on site.
• Strong customer service mindset to build trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services that would give them peace of mind about their pest management
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that would give them peace of mind about their pest management program
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device provided for speed and accuracy
