Job summary

Orkin is hiring as an Pro to safely and professionally protect customers on a designated service route. You’ll start with award-winning training and learn to diagnose issues, plan treatments, and act with professionalism on every call.

We offer extensive paid training, a company vehicle with gas card, competitive pay starting at $19.00–$21.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services
