Terminix Temple, TX is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management services, including inspections, applying treatments, and providing prevention guidance. You will educate customers, schedule visits, and support sales to expand services.

Eligible applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. A company vehicle is provided, with safety gear and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; basic math

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment; ensure it is properly stocked and functioning.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle with routine maintenance.
