Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning pest control team. You’ll start with paid training and grow toward leadership roles while serving families and businesses with top-tier pest protection.

This role involves inspecting properties, communicating solutions clearly, maintaining company vehicles, and completing on-site reports. High school diploma required; pesticide license within 90 days; physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Tight spaces and varied weather conditions.
• Wear PPE including respirator as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues; training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
