Qualifications

• 2 years or more of structural pest management field experience.
• 1 year or more of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against KPIs and problem-solve with Operations leaders.
• Perform site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestations.
• Collaborate with branch leaders to resolve service quality issues.
• Develop action plans to improve service quality.
