Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Inspector to inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend effective treatments. This field role combines hands-on work with customer interaction and sales, with a company vehicle provided and performance-based pay.

You will work outdoors, stay active, build relationships with customers, and contribute to one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country, with ongoing training and career advancement

Saela Pest Control is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as a Pest Control Inspector. This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. You'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families.

You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.

  • Pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, and/or customer-facing field service
