Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Inspector to perform field inspections, educate homeowners, and drive service sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will inspect residential properties, identify pest issues, and recommend effective solutions, working outdoors in customers’ homes and neighborhoods as part of a growing nationwide company.

Saela Pest Control is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as a Pest Control Inspector. This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. You'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families.

You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.

  • Pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, and/or customer-facing field service
