Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest-control service team. You will inspect and install pest protection systems, work with a crew, and perform attic/crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.

No prior pest control experience required as paid training is provided. We offer competitive pay starting at $20–$22 per hour, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid training with all tools provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Conduct light carpentry work as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
