Aegis Professional Services is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field operations in the Manvel/Alvin, Texas area. You will supervise technicians, perform high-level pest management, ensure service quality, and maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional pest-control experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in Integrated Pest Management.
  • Experience servicing commercial and residential accounts.
  • Termite experience and licensing required.
  • Texas structural pest-control licensing applicable to assigned duties.
  • Fumigation, stored-product pest, grain, wildlife, or exclusion experience is a major plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and field equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and assist our current customers.
  • Supervise, support, and train field technicians.
  • Perform pest-management services when operational needs require.
  • Inspect residential, commercial, industrial, warehouse, agricultural, and audited facilities.
  • Identify pest activity, entry points, sanitation concerns, structural deficiencies, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
  • Develop and implement Integrated Pest Management solutions.
  • Handle service escalations, callbacks, and difficult pest situations.
  • Conduct quality-control inspections and follow-up services.
  • Review technician documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure pesticide applications are completed according to product labels, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train technicians on pest identification, treatment methods, equipment, documentation, safety, and customer communication.
  • Help maintain accountability for vehicles, equipment, pesticides, PPE, and field supplies.
  • Support termite, fumigation, stored-product pest, wildlife, and specialty operations when properly licensed and trained.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, facility managers, contractors, auditors, and other customer representatives.
  • Assist management with scheduling, field preparation, technician development, and operational problem-solving.
  • Maintain complete and audit-ready service documentation.
  • Enforce company safety, vehicle, GPS, timekeeping, equipment, and service standards.
  • Lead by example and help maintain a culture of professionalism and accountability.

Aegis Professional Services is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Field Supervisor to join our growing team in the Manvel/Alvin, Texas area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can perform high-level pest management services while also supervising technicians, maintaining service quality, solving problems in the field, and representing Aegis professionally with customers.

What You’ll Do

As Field Supervisor, you will perform services for all current accounts. As the division grows you will work directly with technicians and management to ensure field operations are performed safely, professionally, and according to Aegis standards.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve and assist our current customers.

  • Perform pest-management services when operational needs require.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is more than simply an experienced technician.

The ideal candidate is someone who can lead people, solve problems, make sound field decisions, communicate professionally, and take ownership of service quality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional pest-control experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in Integrated Pest Management.
  • Experience servicing commercial and residential accounts.
  • Experience with warehouses, industrial facilities, food facilities, or audited accounts strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of pesticide labels, SDS information, PPE, treatment documentation, and safe application practices.
  • Strong pest-identification and inspection skills.
  • Ability to recognize sanitation, drainage, vegetation, structural, and environmental conditions contributing to pest activity.
  • Experience training or supervising technicians is required.
  • Texas structural pest-control licensing applicable to assigned duties.
  • Termite experience and licensing required.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and carry pest-control equipment and materials.
  • Climb ladders and work in crawlspaces, confined areas, and elevated locations when required.
  • Work outdoors in Texas weather conditions.
  • Wear required PPE and respiratory protection when applicable.
  • Work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight assignments, or out-of-town projects when business needs require.
