White Knight Pest Control, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician in Arlington, TX. This field-based position offers steady, long-term growth in a stable industry with on-the-road work and outdoor duties.

We provide training for entry-level candidates. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, plus willingness to pass a drug test and work Monday–Saturday with some weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Entry-Level Opportunity: This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals starting out in general labor, landscaping, or maintenance technician fields. No pest control experience required—we provide training.
• Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
• Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
• Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years.
• Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
• Age Requirement: Insurance coverage requires employees to be 21 or older.

• Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments, similar to work performed by general laborers, landscaping crews, and maintenance technicians.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet.
