Job summary

Pest USA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate leads, contact homeowners in Durham, NC, and close pest control deals. You’ll perform inspections in attics, basements, and crawl spaces, identifying issues and recommending services to meet customer needs.

Expect to complete 3–4 proposals daily, work with the inside sales team, and market services to homeowners, real estate agents, and builders. A background check and licensing training are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to pass state licensing exams (training provided)
• Prior pest control experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, contact homeowners in the assigned area, and close sales
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest or termite issues and recommend services
• Complete 3–4 proposals per day and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with inside sales team and market services to new homeowners, real estate agents, and builders
