Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in pest control or in a managerial/supervisory role.
• State-issued pest control registrations and licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of work completed and service being delivered.
• Participate in the review and evaluation process of team members.
• Administer, train and coach Technicians.
• Conduct vehicle inspections.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure goals and objectives are communicated.
• Provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet goals.
• Conduct daily one-on-ones with each team member.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide quality training.
• Hire and train new team members with the Branch Manager.
• Respond to customers' needs in a professional and timely manner.
• Review and approve employee timecards and PTO requests.
• Review and analyze reports from Azuga and PestPac.
• Daily route optimization.
• Visit trouble accounts for the Branch as needed.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call after hours rotation.
