Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP insulation installation in communities we serve.

This full-time role requires working around animals, tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with safety training provided. Benefits start on day 1, and the position includes opportunities for growth and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work around animals, insects and termites.
• Work in tight spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces.
• Set up exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specs.
• Remove animals trapped in exclusion devices.
• Work in a safety harness on rooftops as needed.
• Complete production forms documenting services.
• Handle PPE and other conditions safely with training.
• Move up to 50 pounds.
• Work inside and outside in local climate.
• Move around stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps and poles.
• Wear PPE, like an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle and keep equipment clean.
