EcoShield Pest Solutions in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work with a focus on safety and high-quality service.

You will follow service routes, document work accurately, explain treatment plans to customers, and maintain company vehicles and gear while upholding safety standards. Base pay is hourly, with additional earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• 3+ consecutive years of driving history preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and service features to customers; address questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety and effectiveness.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.

Position Summary

The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results,accuratedocumentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and otheradditionalservice offerings.

• Completeinitialindoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Maintainaccurateand organizedcustomer,service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.

• Inspect andmaintaincompany vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.

• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

QualificationsandRequirements

• 1+ years of customer service experiencerequiredanddemonstratedmechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Possessa valid driver’s license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package.This positionoffers an hourly base pay of $18.00 , plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earningsbeyond base pay will vary based on sales.
