Candidates should have 1+ year of insulation experience, be 21+, hold a valid license with 3+ years driving history, and be comfortable using ladders and power tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate ladders and power tools safely and effectively.

• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and insulation installation.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits while addressing questions.
• Follow service routes and coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
