Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of related administrative and customer service experience.
• Experience with security or government programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels.
• US Citizenship required and active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Executes elements of IDA's personnel security program and maintains visitor logs.
• Manages lobby reception and ensures professional image and customer satisfaction.
• Supports Security Operations with badges, forms, and access control processes.
• Coordinates meetings requiring government sponsor approvals and visitor flow.
• Updates databases (SIMS/DISS) and processes visitor requests.
