Job Description

Provide system administrator support services for the personnel security case management system (eWORKS), perform system testing, troubleshooting, and identify areas of improvement.

Codify eWORKS related functionality and workflows as they relate to business process improvements.

Provide technical demonstrations, training, and communicate with users and stakeholders to encourage proper use of eWORKS or address system issues.

Develop, support, and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization, and manage large volumes of data entry and background investigation materials.

Properly safeguard Privacy Act Protected Information and Personally Identifiable Information.

Assist the Personnel Security Unit with personnel security & suitability tasks as needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience working with business processing systems, identifying requirements, and improving processes. Entellitrak Certified candidates with at least four (4) years experience may substitute education.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Knowledge and experience with eWORKS.
• Experience with operating systems, evaluating system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting errors.
• Ability to run reports, support personnel security operations, and draft correspondence related to personnel security.
• Ability to review organizational reports for data integrity and assist with data reconciliation.
• Ability to safeguard Privacy Act and PII information.
