Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Personnel Security professional to support employees nationwide. The role focuses on government policy adherence, clearance processing, and secure communications across a fast-paced security environment.

You will maintain databases, handle clearance actions for collateral and SCI positions, and interact with clients and government officials to resolve issues while upholding Anduril’s security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of related admin/customer service experience.
• Excellent organization and tracking skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with conducting briefings and debriefings; ability to clearly explain security processes and procedures.
• Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
• Experience with DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1 and 3.
• Experience with DoD clearance processes such as DISS, NBIS, eAPP, SF86, and SIMS is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and courteously with all levels of employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and initiate personnel clearances, background investigations and VARs.
• Provide security guidance per the 13 adjudicative guidelines for managing clearances.
• Handle security requests and inquiries using SIMS, DISS, and related forms.
• Process visitor requests and enter clearance information in databases.
• Coordinate classified meetings and liaise with hosts to facilitate sessions.
• Manage SCI billeted program clearances; assist with scheduling indoctrination and debriefing.
