Anduril Industries Security Services Team supports employees across the United States. You will manage personnel security, review documentation for accuracy, and coordinate with government security officials to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of related administrative and customer service experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience briefing/debriefing; ability to explain security processes clearly.
• Familiarity with DoD 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Support Personnel Security Team and manage background investigations.
• Process VARs and SEAD 3 reporting in DISS.
• Provide security guidance aligned with adjudicative guidelines.
• Handle security requests, forms, and visitor controls.
• Coordinate classified meetings and liaise with hosts and officials.
• Maintain internal security database and conduct citizenship verification.
• Enforce security policies and update clearance/visitor data.
• Ensure accuracy of DISS data and assist the team.
