Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel rosters, staffing reports, attendance records, and training documentation.
• Coordinate daily/weekly timekeeping and flag missing timesheets.
• Maintain production reports, updates, and management reporting data.
• Track personnel actions including onboarding, transfers, resignations, and vacancies.
• Organize electronic and hard-copy files for management review.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate with Surge Support leadership, HR, subcontractors, and government reps.
• Maintain historical records to demonstrate contract performance.
• Provide administrative continuity during leadership meetings and operations.
