You will respond to emergencies, provide backup to lifeguards, and maintain current certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Water Fitness certification.
• CPR and First Aid knowledge to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to lead water fitness classes and develop progressive plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead water fitness classes with a personalized approach.
• Prepares progressive exercise plans for participants.
• Gives clear explanations of safe exercises and demonstrates proper form.
• Sets up facility or equipment.
• In case of injury, accident, or illness in pool area and provides backup to lifeguards in emergencies.
• Reports injuries and completes required procedures.
• Maintains current certifications.
