Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Teaching License required.
• Teaching experience in classrooms or tutoring environments preferred.
• Experience with student and educational information systems (SIS).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to travel for the role; occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach using approved curriculum and develop individualized study plans.
• Administer assessments for Language, Math, and Reading within first month.
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in the SIS.
• Collaborate with faculty to support student retention and success.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare report cards each semester.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development.
