Job summary

FLEX HIGH SCHOOL MICHIGAN is seeking a full-time teacher to work Monday–Friday in a one-on-one learning environment. Compensation starts from $51,500 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

We focus on a SAFE educational environment where students receive individualized attention from teacher mentors to complete diploma requirements and plan post‑secondary transitions. The Flex High Advantage drives our collaborative, student-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s) for all subject area(s) being taught
• Bachelor's degree with major or minor in designated subject
• Except as otherwise provided by law, the Academy shall use certificated teachers according to state board rule

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement an appropriate personalized instructional program guiding and supporting students to develop and fulfill their academic potential and diploma requirements
• Collaborate with other instructional staff and school personnel.

Education
