Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Drop‑on‑Demand print systems, including data fields and print configurations for new customer programs.
• Assist technical support teams in resolving operational issues.
• Consult with management regarding machine capabilities, maintenance needs, and production concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Remake product that does not meet quality standards.
• Maintain security and integrity of customer data throughout processing.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
