Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist.
• Polish and English proficiency is a plus; strong communication skills required.
• Experience with large datasets and end-to-end data products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business teams to translate needs into data science solutions.
• Develop ML models, GenAI products, and data analytics to optimize marketing and products strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data-driven initiatives.
