Job Description

TVFCU seeks talented service professionals who embody our values and are passionate about serving our members. Personal Tellers manage all teller transactions related to checking, savings, and loans via Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). They follow operational policies, assess transaction risks, and aim to minimize losses while providing excellent member service and promoting TVFCU’s services.

  • Handle all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments within set limits.
  • Verify endorsements per operational policies.
  • Report suspicious activities through proper channels.
  • Adhere to policies and demonstrate understanding of fraud and risks associated with ITMs.
  • Deliver high-quality member service according to TVFCU standards.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
