Job Description

TVFCU seeks talented service professionals who embody our values and are passionate about serving our members. Personal Tellers manage all phases of teller transactions related to checking, savings, and loan accounts via Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). They follow operating policies, assess transaction risks, and take steps to minimize losses, all while providing excellent member service and promoting the Credit Union’s offerings.

  • Handle all teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan transactions, within designated limits.
  • Verify endorsements as per operational policies.
  • Report suspicious activities through proper channels.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, demonstrating understanding of fraud and risk management related to ITM transactions.
  • Deliver high-quality member service according to TVFCU guidelines.
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. Banking and sales experience are preferred but not mandatory. Opportunities at TVFCU can lead to satisfying career growth.
