Black Swan, Inc. is seeking a Personal Vehicle Rural Courier to service areas near Blanco, Fredericksburg, Spicewood, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, and Driftwood, Texas. You’ll load packages at the Kyle FedEx Ground location and drive out to delivery locations for businesses and residences.

Deliver to your own neighborhood, and go home after dropping your last package. You must supply your own vehicle and meet vehicle requirements, including age, registration, insurance, and inspection.

• Courier will arrive at FedEx Ground location to retrieve packages.
• Load all packages assigned to your area into your vehicle in the morning.
• Safely and efficiently drive vehicle to delivery locations (businesses and residences).
• Greet customers in a friendly fashion (when applicable).
• Deliver packages in an appropriate drop-off area and obtain signatures when necessary.
• Problem-solve loading and delivery issues, navigational discrepancies, and customer requests.

Black Swan, Inc. is looking for a Personal Vehicle Rural Courier to service areas near Blanco, Fredericksburg, Spicewood, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, and/or Driftwood, Texas. This position would be expected to load packages into their personal vehicle at the FedEx Ground location in Kyle, Texas and drive out to these locations to deliver the packages.

Deliver to your own neighborhood, and go home after dropping your last package!

You must supply your own vehicle:

• The following types of personal vehicles can be used: station wagons, SUVs, minivans and pickup trucks (covered and secured bed preferred)
• The vehicle model year must be no older than 15 years

Responsibilities:

• Courier will arrive at FedEx Ground location to retrieve packages from the FedEx Ground terminal (most packages will be small)
• Load all packages assigned to your area into your vehicle in the morning
• Safely and efficiently drive vehicle to delivery locations (businesses and residences)
• Greet customers in a friendly fashion (when applicable)
• Deliver packages in an appropriate drop-off area (e.g. front door), obliging customer requests and obtaining signatures when necessary
• Problem-solve loading and delivery issues, navigational discrepancies, and customer requests
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Personal & Vehicle Requirements:

• Driver’s license
• 21 years or older
• Be able to maneuver boxes up to 50 lbs
• Pass Background Check
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record check
• The vehicle model year must be no older than 14 years
• Vehicle registration
• Proof of insurance
• Proof of state inspection
• The following types of personal vehicles can be used: station wagons, SUVs, minivans and pickup trucks (covered and secured bed)
