Job summary

EōS Fitness is searching for a Personal Training Manager (PTM) in Tempe, Arizona. In this full-time role, you will lead the personal training team in a high-volume gym while ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong member relationships.

As a PTM, you will focus on improving team performance, driving client retention, and managing all aspects of trainer development. The role combines leadership, coaching, and business strategy in a vibrant fitness environment, with a competitive compensation plan and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year as an EōS personal trainer for internal candidates or one year of managerial experience for external candidates.
• Comfortable being held accountable for achieving established performance goals.
• Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the personal training staff's day-to-day operations.
• Drive the team to meet or exceed established PT targets each month.
• Lead the ongoing coaching and development of trainers.
