Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Personal Training Manager in Training for the Kirkman Club in Orlando, FL. This paid development role is designed for high-potential professionals who want to lead, coach, and grow into a full PT Manager position within one of our rapidly expanding clubs.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and tools to develop your leadership, sales, and fitness management skills, with a clear path to advancement as the company grows across Florida and beyond.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, etc.)
• CPR certification (required)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
• Strong communication & organization skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
