Job summary

CR Fitness is hiring a Personal Training Manager in Training for the Dr. Phillips Club in Orlando, FL. This role offers mentorship, structured training, and fast-track growth within a rapidly expanding Crunch Fitness franchise.

You will lead and develop a team of trainers, deliver high-quality coaching, drive performance, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy club culture. A nationally accredited PT certification and CPR are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
• CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Desire to lead and grow within a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow personal training staff in the club.
• Provide training, mentorship, and tools to become a top-performing PT Manager.
• Collaborate with club leadership to drive member satisfaction and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
• CPR certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
