Athletico is seeking a Performance Coach to empower athletes through tailored training programs and assessments. This position involves developing comprehensive training experiences, engaging in community events, and maintaining a positive environment. Ideal candidates are expected to have a degree in exercise science or a related field, along with personal training certifications. A strong focus on functional training and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are crucial for success in this role.

Job Summary:The Performance Coach promotes all Performance brand features through training, communication, and customer service including safety, intensity, variation, individualized, sport and team-specific programming, and assessment-based training programs.

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
Minimum Salary/WageUSD $10.00/Hr. Maximum Salary/WageUSD $14.00/Hr.
