Trainers will generate personal training sales revenue and deliver clear, motivating instructions while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• In-house certification or equivalent education and experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, NPTI or AFFA).
• Strict compliance to assessment protocol and client progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing, safe, and educational training sessions.
• Recruit and maintain clientele on a continual basis.
• Provide detailed fitness and training instructions to members.
• Maintain attendance records and adhere to policies.
• Respond to emergencies with proper procedure.
